Venue (Sec. 10)

Limits venue in patent cases to the judicial district:
(a) where either party resides; or
(b) Where the defendant has committed acts of infringement and has a regular and established place of business.

Justice delayed is justice denied. Patent Pirates benefit from delaying justice, often for decades. Some courts greatly limit the kinds of delaying tactics which patent pirates favor. Corporate bad players want to limit venue to deny their victims justice
